Arthur Alan Wolk is an attorney and the founding partner of The Wolk Law Firm in Philadelphia, PA, which specializes in aviation law and air crash litigation for plaintiffs.
After searching for a Golden Retriever on the Internet, Arthur finally found Boo at a breeder. Although she had decided to keep Boo for herself, she reluctantly agreed to part with Boo and there our story begins.
